What Is The Procedure For Nose Augmentation?
Dermal filler is carefully injected in the target site of the nose. For example, for hooked nose shapes, injections are above and below the “bump” of the nose to straighten the hook. Or the filler can be injected around the tip of the nose to create a thinner and more refined look.
This can be combined with Botox to lift the tip of the nose. The treatment takes around 15 minutes with minimal discomfort.
What Happens After A Nose Augmentation Treatment?
Some injection-related side effects can occur including redness, tenderness, swelling and bruising. None of these are ever very serious and they will resolve in a matter of days.
The results can last as long as 12-18 months and with repeat treatments they can last even longer. The products used by The Well are biocompatible and biodegradable, which means they are not harmful to the body, and are broken down and removed from the body naturally.
